Grapefruit's Sister appeared in the episode "Grapefruit's Revenge" as the main antagonist. She planned to kill Orange because she heard from a grape named Jamie that Orange killed her brother. Orange, Pear, and Passion manage to convince her it wasn't Orange, with Orange calling her Chubby McChubby Clown along the way. She started to break down as she didn't know who killed her brother and she came all the way there for nothing. Orange then told her it was the knife that killed Grapefruit, but then Grapefruit's sister is knifed just like her brother and tooken away while Orange, Passion, and espically Pear, who was in love with Grapefruit's sister, watched in horror.
